Chris Romano started with Romano Litchfield and Associates in 2015.  At first, Chris was responsible for all items related to maintenance and construction for all of Romano Litchfield’s properties.  Chris quickly learned the actual construction practices and market pricing for almost all things related to industrial properties.  

Chris soon took over the role of overseeing the entire construction and tenant improvement process whenever a former tenant moves out and a new tenant moves in.  With this narrowed focus, Chris is able to get the most competitive pricing for many of the items that are usually associated with tenant turnover (paint, new flooring, loading door repairs & replacement, etc.).   Additionally, Chris is onsite watching the contractors and subcontractors perform the work.  It’s not uncommon to see Chris doing some of this work himself.
