We make it a standard practice to contact tenants at least 6 months prior to the expiration of their Lease to arrange a lease renewal. We prepare lease extensions, amendments and all other necessary documents for a lease extension. For industrial properties, we utilize the most current forms available from the American Industrial Real Estate Association.
